This is a 6 week course, running on Wednesday evenings from 7pm – 9.30pm.

I am very excited to be introducing something a little different this year. It could be a family group or a couple of people or a scene from a holiday you have always wanted to paint but a little abstract. This is about painting an abstract first and then finding figures or producing a portrait or group with charcoal. Deciding which bits stay and which bits go. It’s fun and liberating.

Materials
– Acrylic paint , variety of colours
– Charcoal
– Posca pens, optional. Available from Officeworks. Choose your own size/s and colour/s.
– Stencils and mark making tools ( I can supply)
– Canvas, or heavy paper or board as a base. Any size.
– Small and large brush.
