The Burnside Painting Group actively supports and promotes artistic skill and creativity in the local community. We currently have some 80 active members. Becoming a member offers many benefits for a very modest annual fee ($75).

We invite anyone aged sixteen or over, who enjoys professional art tuition and practice in the company of like-minded others, to explore our comprehensive range of tutored Short ( 4 and 6 weeks) Art Courses, all delivered by experienced and well-known Australian artists.

Join us in 2023. Your annual subscription includes organised tours to the Art Gallery of South Australia and other art exhibitions, social events with interesting guest speakers, and opportunities to exhibit and sell artwork at our very popular SALA and other Exhibitions.

Our classes and workshops are run by talented and experienced tutors and are suitable for novices through to experts.

From social nights to gallery tours, we hold a range of art-based events for our members.

We are proud to present our members’ works through multiple exhibitions and open days throughout the year.
