We are very excited to have Liana Vargas as guest speaker at our next Social Night planned for Wednesday 15th June 2022. Once a dancer, Liana is now a very exciting, vibrant and talented artist and tutor. Liana, an oil painter,  loves to paint people. For Liana painting a portrait is an exploration, a discovery into what makes us who we are at a specific moment in time. We all share a journey of growth and change, yet we each traverse our own unique path.

“I like to work with oil paint. The sensual, velvety-viscosity of this substance ebbs and flows. Oil paint is pliable and adaptable to change, much like my wide choice of subject matter. Oil paint suits my multifarious moods. It necessitates my love of experimentation, erudition and constant desire for artistic expression.”

A light supper will be provided on the night. Please bring along a plate of something to share if you can.
